We aim to build an exceptional rapport with our clients. Working together from the initial enquiry and throughout the project to completion. Our priorities are the customer, safety and the continual development of the business through efficiency, innovation and environmentally. We pride ourselves in our longstanding customer base and the repeat business generated.

From our Suffolk location, we manage our own transport. Whether this be the delivery of firewood, sawn timbers, or the collection / supply of roundwood with our Unimog and timber trailer.

We strive to make our business as green and environmentally friendly as possible. Our firewood and saw logs are sourced from managed, sustainable woodlands throughout East Anglia. Timber offcuts are either processed into firewood or woodchip. The sawdust we generate becomes part of a composting process. All the tree is used, nothing is wasted.

Protimber staff hold a range of NPTC, Lantra & First Aid qualifications. Risk assessments and method statements are documented prior to commencement of each project. Our business is fully insured (£10 million Public Liability.)
